The knob is not cracked or broken and discolored. The plastic is not cracked or distressed in anyway and the chrome casting around it also very good shape. The chrome is nice and not heavily pitted or rusted. Both of these pieces are in good used condition.

The ashtray slide up door works easily and is not kinked. But the actual working condition is unknown. The lighter appears to be in good shape. The mounting threads are good and the screws included.

This rear seat ashtray with lighter and the c pillar medallion were removed from a 1956 Mercury Montcalm phaeton four door hardtop. The c pillar medallion is also nice and has very good coloring.
